So what is 3 Week Diet? 3 Week Diet is a type of food that usually comes from plants.

There is two types of 3 Week Diet. Simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Simple 3 Week Diet is your sugars and fruit. Whereas complex 3 Week Diet is your starches and vegetables.

3 Week Diet is essential for our bodies to produce energy. Without them we would probably walk around like zombies.

To give you the complete and honest truth about low carb dieting, I would have to say that you can and can't lose weight on them. Yes you can lose weight, but no you want be able to keep it off. Your body will also be extremely week.

With my personal experience, I did a very low carb diet and thought I was going to die. The bad thing is when I came off of it and started eating regular, I doubled the weight I was before I started.

Cutting 3 Week Diet is not a bad idea, but cutting the wrong ones can create even more problems for you. Like I said before 3 Week Diet supply energy to the body. Without them how would you survive?

Low carb living is like living in jail. Your always a prisoner of what you eat, carb counting with every meal.

I use to run around to different stores spending valuable time trying to find those foods that were low in 3 Week Diet. Yes, I did lose weight, but the way I felt everyday wasn't worth the hassle.

Even what you drink has to have very low 3 Week Diet or you will kill your limit for the day.

Don't even think about what the average slice of pizza's carb count is. All in all the low carb life was not an enjoyable one at all.

Simple 3 Week Diet vs. Complex 3 Week Diet

Most of us now living in a fast paced society have chosen to eat more simple 3 Week Diet. I mean those wonderful french fries, and burgers. Topped off with ketchup and salt. Washed down with a pepsi or a milkshake. Sound yummy doesn't it. Yep!!! Don't forget processed foods.

While your complex 3 Week Diet is your whole grains, vegetables, beans, etc.

Not all simple 3 Week Diet is bad and not all complex 3 Week Diet is good. The fact is, if we keep eating the way we do simple or complex we is going to kill ourselves.

Try to eat more complex 3 Week Diet than anything else. Then throw in some simple 3 Week Diet like fruit.

If you is determined and ready to eat the right foods. I mean eating 5 to 7 small meals a day. Ready to feel better with every pound that falls off. Then first, stop with the low carb meal plan.
